Returns & Order Issues

At The Dark Blessing, every product is handcrafted in small ritual batches using carefully selected oils and fragrance compositions. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of grooming products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, including unopened products.

Because our items are cosmetic products intended for personal use, we cannot restock or resell returned items once they have left our possession.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once verified, we will send a replacement for the affected item.

Scent Preferences

Fragrance is subjective. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference.

If you’re unsure which scent is right for you, we recommend starting with one of our sample options before purchasing a full bottle.
