The scent of a graveyard after rainfall, cold stone darkened by stormwater, wet earth breathing, and the air heavy with mossy shadow. This may very well be one of the lightest scents I’ve tried from The Dark Blessing, but that’s definitely NOT a bad thing! It’s soft, airy, earthy, and surprisingly difficult to pin down.
The mushrooms give it a beautiful damp earthiness without smelling like straight-up fungi, while the Graveyard Rain creates this awesome petrichor-like, almost “undead” atmosphere without ever becoming musty or rotten. As it dries down, the Forgotten Flower adds just enough freshness to brighten everything up and keep it from becoming too swampy.
I actually picked this one because the owner said he wears it when it rains—and with a DOWNPOUR happening today, the timing couldn’t have been better! It honestly made this gloomy day feel surprisingly refreshing and relaxing.
It’s lighter in projection and longevity than many of The Dark Blessing’s other scents, but I think that’s part of its charm. It’s an excellent daily driver and could easily become a favorite for anyone who enjoys fresh, earthy, rain-soaked scents.
Not necessarily my personal style since I tend to lean darker, but Echoes of Crucible is REALLY well done and absolutely worth trying! Another great one from The Dark Blessing!

I've tried many brands of beard oils in my time. And this absolutely stands with to the best. From the quality of the oil to the design of the labels and bottles! Amazing stuff!
One of my all time favorites! This is a dark cologne esque aroma that my wife and daughter love most out of the three I bought.
